Warranty Terms and Condition

It is to imply that customers purchase from "sgcamerastore.com " have read and agreed to the following Warranty terms and conditions.

All selling brand new products in this website are fully guaranteed against defective materials and manufacturing faults for 1 week,3 months or 6 months as stated in receipt from the date of purchase.
This guarantee does not cover for damage of any unit caused by misuse,accident or in anyway being tampered with.
( sgcamerastore carry our Inhouse warranty Sticker ) if it is remove is it consider as item is Void of warranty )

1)Original receipt is required for any warranty return issue.
2)All good sold are not refundable .
3)sgcamerastore.com is not responsible for any damage of buyer's own equipments due to misuse,manufacturer's defect and or any connection with the product that purchased from us.
4)One-to-one ( 3 days ) exchange policy is only for manufacturer's defected faulty item,does not cover for over-use and misuse items.And also subject to availability of stock,and if the model is discontinue,it will be exchanged with similar new model.
5) All products comes with warranty of 3 days 1-1 exchange , whether they are faulty on receipt or malfunction after short usage. they will be exchanged when reported within 7 days upon receipt of goods. Exchange will be for the same item only. Item must be returned in its Original and Packings It has to be returned via registered mail (with tracking number) or regular mail subject to our discretion. We will send the replacement within 3 working days upon receipt of returned item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For Defective items, depending on the product, certain products may require you to liaise directly the manufacturer for warranty issues. A proof of purchase is still required in such cases.
